Step 1 : Choose your desired service provider (the “Beauwery Merchant Partner”)
Step 2 : Choose an available date and time, type of service and the specific therapist or stylist (if desired)
Step 3 : Pay for your booking via our trusted payment processor

All bookings on Beauwery are updated in real time by Beauwery Merchant Partners as our system reflects both walk in bookings and bookings made online.
Does Beauwery provide deals or discounts?
We are not a deals or discount site. The prices you see on Beauwery are the same as those you pay in store.
We do however provide Beauwery Reward Points which give you guaranteed rebates on future bookings!
What are Beauwery Reward Points?
Beauwery Reward Points (BRP) are essentially loyalty points awarded to you with each booking. This will range from 3-5% of the total amount booked through Beauwery. You may choose to redeem Beauwery Reward Points on your next booking or accumulate them to enjoy larger savings on future bookings on Beauwery.
Each Beauwery Reward Point is equivalent to 1 peso!
Are the prices on Beauwery same as walk-ins or phone reservations made directly to the salons?
Yes they are!
There is no mark-up to the prices you see on Beauwery. No Transaction Fees. No Service Fees. No hidden fees.
In fact we are completely free!
In addition, you get rewarded with savings on future bookings through our Beauwery points and enjoy a hassle-free booking!
How can I make a complaint about a service booked through Beauwery?
All Beauwery Merchant Partners are individually vetted to ensure that they are of the highest quality and repute. In the unlikely event that you encounter an issue with the service you booked through Beauwery, we advise you to first bring raise your complaint at the venue with a store manager immediately.
We find it is often easier and quicker to rectify issues if they are raised immediately after they arise.
In the event that you are still dissatisfied with your service, please email our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
Booking Confirmation no.
Date of appointment
Summary of complaint
Feedback from owner/manager to your complaint
We will then raise the matter with the Beauwery Merchant Partner, and will try our best to resolve the matter within 14 working days.
I did not receive a booking confirmation email
A booking confirmation email is sent out automatically as soon as you complete your order but it does sometimes land in the junk folder.
Please check your junk folder and if it’s there, please label it as “Not Junk” and add the email address to your accepted emails list. This would ensure that all future emails from us will go directly to your inbox.
If it’s still not there, please follow the instructions to the “I have lost my booking confirmation email” question below.
We will then resend a booking confirmation email to you.
How do I apply my promo code & loyalty points?
After choosing your desired service, prior to making payment you will be taken to an “Order Summary” page on Beauwery. On your right below the price, there are two boxes entitled “Promo Code” and “Beauwery Reward Points”.
Simply input the Promo Code or in the case of the latter, input the number of Beauwery Reward Points you wish to utilise.
How do I make changes to the original booking?
If you wish to make changes or cancellation to us booking you have made, please contact us via telephone through the contact details listed on our Website. You will need to have the following information on hand:
Booking confirmation number
New date and time of booking (if applicable)
Before you do contact us though, kindly read the section titled “Rescheduling or Cancellation of a Booking and our Refund Policy” in the Beauwery Terms and Conditions listed on our website to ensure you are eligible to amend or cancel your booking.
Please note that we are unable to :-
(a) cancel a booking 12 Working Hours or less before the time and date of an appointment; and
(b) reschedule a booking 2 Working Hours or less before the time and date of an appointment
